  • Take the Sapporo City bus from New Chitose Airport bus stop No. 13 (beside the JAL arrival lobby) or No. 24 (beside the ANA arrival lobby), and get off at the Sapporo Prince Hotel Tower.

  • Summer: about 80 to 90 minutes. Winter: about 100 to 120 minutes. NB Travel time may vary depending on road and weather conditions.

  • From JR New Chitose Airport Station at the 1st basement level of the Airport terminal, take the Rapid Airport Express (every 15 minutes) and get off at JR Sapporo Station. *Please use the subway or take a taxi from Sapporo Station to the hotel.

Guide to parking garage use

  • Visitors availing themselves of accommodation, banquet, restaurants or other hotel facilities receive free parking for a limited time as detailed below. At the parking facility, please show your ticket to the attendant and get it stamped.
  • Cost
  • 340 yen per hour (170 yen per extra half hour)
  • Hotel guests: 500 yen per vehicle per night. NB Until check-out. Get your ticket stamped at the front desk.
  • For dining or shopping: 200 yen for up to 2 hours. Get your ticket stamped by the cashier at each establishment.
  • For banquets: 200 yen for up to 3 hours. Get your ticket stamped at the cloakroom on the 1st floor lobby of Pamir or the 2nd floor bridal counter.
  • For exhibitions or beauty salon use: 200 yen for up to 2 hours. Get your ticket stamped at the cloakroom on the 1st floor lobby of Pamir, the 2nd floor bridal counter, or any of the cashiers.
  • If your time exceeds that of the discounted times shown, you will be charged excess. We do not accept reservations for parking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
