Business support

Photocopying (b+w, color), fax (within Japan only) from 200 yen, internet connection 100 yen for 10 minutes, digital printing (charges apply) and other services may be used in the business corner.

Parking

• 340 yen per hour.
• Hotel guests: 500 yen per vehicle per night. *Until check-out.
• Restaurant and shop patrons: 200 yen for up to 2 hours. Banquet hall guests: 200 yen for up to 3 hours.
• *We do not accept reservations for parking. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Accessibility

There are two rooms, the Heartful Rooms, on the 3rd floor that are barrier-free and wheelchair-friendly. We lend wheelchairs free of charge. There is also barrier-free toilet on the lobby floor.

Internet

• All rooms in the Tower come with a free high-speed internet connection.
• We can provide LAN cables (free of charge) and rental modems (charges apply)

• Open air hot spring bath for hotel guests only. Use charge: 450 yen/night
• Opening hours: 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. / 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 midnight.
• NB Last admission: 9:30 a.m. / 11:30 p.m.
• All rooms have LCD televisions with free English, Korean, and Chinese broadcasts.
• We also have over 150 pay-per-view (VOD) titles. You can either pay at checkout or buy a card from the vending machine.
• All rooms are equipped with washlets (built-in bidets).
