From Narita Airport

  • By limousine bus: From bus stops 4 and 13 on the first floor of Terminal 1 and from bus stops 4 and 14 on the first floor of Terminal 2. Board a bus bound for Shinagawa and Ebisu area hotels and get off at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel.

Guide to parking garage use

  • Visitors availing of accommodation, banquet, restaurants or other hotel facilities (excluding Stellar Ball) receive free parking for a limited time as detailed below. Visitors are requested to obtain a stamp on their parking ticket.

  • ￥1500 for up to 24hours and ￥500 per 30minutes over 24hours.
  • For visitors to hotel facilities
  • Up to 3 hours free if you spend a total of 5,000 yen or more in restaurants, cinemas, tenant shops, the Aqua Stadium and bowling
  • For banquets
  • Free parking for up to 4hours and ￥500 per 30minutes over 4hours.
  • * Please be advised that there is no free parking other than as outlined above.
