Fantastic Night Pool opens anew for 30th anniversary!

Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel overlooking Lake Biwa, Japan’s largest lake, will open its first Night Pool in 2019.
Shaped like Lake Biwa, the pool is 90 meters long and as wide as 23 meters.
Our lakeside resort Hotel is only two train stops away from Kyoto Station, taking only 10 minutes. Enjoy a photogenic time while surrounded by a display of flowers and light.

Dates: July 6th (Sat.) to September 1st, 2019 (Sun.)
*Closed August 8th.

Time: 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Enter by 8:30 p.m.)

Admission: ¥3,800/person
SEIBU PRINCE CLUB emi members: ¥3,500
*No children below age 18.
*A daytime swimming pool ticket cannot be used to enter the Night Pool.

– Swim rings: From ¥1,000
– Deck chairs: ¥1,000
– Lockers: ¥300 (Insert ¥400 and get back ¥100.)

Prohibited Items:
■Glass bottles ■Food (Drinks are permitted)
■Beach parasol and beach balls
■Underwater goggles made of glass, fins, snorkel
■Camping and outdoor gear
■Music players with speakers ■Pets
■Any other hazardous items or anything that can cause problems for other people.

*All pricing includes tax.
*A daytime swimming pool ticket cannot be used to enter the Night Pool.
*You must be 18 or older to enter the Night Pool.
*Night Pool hours are subject to change or it may be closed due to inclement weather or other reason.
*Large swim rings, etc., may not be allowed when the pool is very crowded.
*The Night Pool ticket is valid only on the day of use and same-day re-entry is permitted.
*Wearing only swimsuits is not allowed in Hotel restaurants. Only the poolside Lakeside Garden restaurant allows swimsuits.
*If you go to the Hotel lobby from the pool, please wear a T-shirt, etc., to cover your swimsuit.
*Intoxicated guests will be denied entry.
*Yakuza members and people with tattoos (including tattoo stickers) will be denied entry.
*Poolside eating is strictly forbidden.
