Special dishes created from top Niigata ingredients with just a touch of performance

The dinner menu served is exclusively for those taking advantage of the private stay plan. It combines Japanese and Western cuisine, and was created by the head chef himself. The Niigata ingredients include nodogoro, a delicious fish found only along the Sea of Japan off Niigata; every dish is created with the goal of bringing smiles to the special guests staying here. Dinner is also served with a touch of performance: watch the masterful skills of making sushi and frying the tempura, right before your eyes.
