On December 6, 1936, Kawana Hotel has 60 guest rooms (currently 100 rooms), a sun parlor, lobby, dining, grill, bar, reading room, Longji was opened as a resort hotel with a total floor area of over 2,000 tsubo, with a three-story basement and towers, complete with a projection room.
