“Tsuru” Course—Recommended for anniversaries and special occasions
This course features seasonal delicacies such as matsutake mushrooms in a light broth, matsutake chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and chestnuts with burrs. Enjoy the aroma and flavor of matsutake mushroom in our dobimmushi (steam-boiled food in an earthenware pot).
Additionally, savor our wagyu sirloin and matsutake sukiyaki-shabu, as well as rice cooked with matsutake mushrooms in a clay pot.
Hostess’s favorite: The “Matsu” Course
This course includes dobimmushi made with matsutake mushrooms and grilled premium turban shell from Shizuoka Prefecture.
For dessert, the seasonal fruit anmitsu features the rich and sweet Jutarou Mikan tangerine.
Perfect for those who want to enjoy delicious food without eating too much! “Kiri” Course
This course includes seasonal dishes such as chestnuts with burrs and chestnuts simmered in their skins, as well as dobimmushi with matsutake mushrooms.
You can also indulge in wagyu sirloin and spiny lobster with miso dipping grilled on a magnolia leaf.
