Return Method

Yukata can be returned by mail from the bell desk.

• The photo is for illustrative purposes only.
• Please make a reservation at least 7 days prior to your visit.
• Please specify the time of your yukata rental reservation when you make your reservation.
• Rates include room charge, yukata rental fee, yukata return (mailing) fee, service charge, and consumption tax.
• Breakfast is available as an optional extra.
• The only food allergies that our restaurants, banquet halls, etc. are required to address are the seven specified raw material allergies (shrimp, crab, wheat, buckwheat, milk, egg, and peanut) that manufacturing companies (our food suppliers) are obligated to label in accordance with the Food Labeling Law.
• Please let us know in advance if you would like to request that we accommodate allergies to seven specified raw materials.
• Menu and ingredients are subject to change depending on availability.
• Seibu Prince Global Rewards (SEIBU PRINCE CLUB) member benefits (late check-out) may not be available depending on availability.
