・Towels are available for rental at the reception desk.
・Boys aged 7 and above should use the men’s bath, while girls should use the women’s bath.
・Please wash your body before entering the bath.
・Before leaving the bathing area, please thoroughly dry your body with a towel.
・To maintain cleanliness, please do not put towels or shampoo in the bath.
・Please do not bring food, drinks, magazines, or similar items into the bathing area.
・Please be cautious as the floor may be slippery.
・Please take care not to lose the locker key. In case of loss, a compensation fee of ¥3,000 will be charged.
・When using the open-air bath, please be aware of the temperature difference with the outside air.
・We cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents caused by the negligence of guests within the premises. Please understand this in advance.
・Please refrain from using the hot springs if you are wearing diapers.
・Please refrain from wearing swimwear or any other clothing inside the bathing area.
・Guests with bathing contraindications are strictly prohibited from using the hot springs.
・Swimming, diving, using floatation devices or beach balls, and the like are strictly prohibited.
・Cameras and electronic devices with cameras (smartphones, mobile phones, etc.) are not allowed.
・The use of the hot springs is strictly prohibited for members of organized crime groups, individuals with tattoos, and the like.
If such individuals are found, please understand that they will be immediately asked to stop using the facilities and leave the premises.
・Individuals who engage in violent acts, behave in a manner that violates public order and morals,
or act in a way that causes discomfort to other guests will be promptly asked to leave the premises.
