Guest Information
・Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation. The time indicated refers to treatment time only.
・In addition to the treatment, please allow approximately 30 minutes for changing, consultation, and refreshment service.
・Guests receiving treatments may also enjoy complimentary use of the “Forest Hot Spring” (hot spring facility). (Bathing tax ¥150 applies separately.)

・Reservations are prioritized. Please contact us by phone or at the spa reception.
・All courses are available to both male and female guests.
・We are happy to consult with you about suitable courses.
・If you are pregnant, please inform us when making a reservation.
・Guests wishing to book a maternity course must make a reservation directly by phone, and only those in a stable stage of pregnancy may do so.
・Guests undergoing menstruation or medical treatment may also receive treatments. Therapists will tailor the course according to your condition.
・Please refrain from alcohol consumption immediately before or after treatments.
・Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
・Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be charged 50%. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the reservation, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the program fee.
