Announcement Concerning the No-Smoking Policy for the Entire Building

Thank you for your continued patronage of the Ryokan Kikusuitei with Chinese Resutaurant.

In accordance with the guidance on measures to prevent secondhand smoking, on Friday, December 1, 2017, we designated all guest rooms and banquet halls as non-smoking.

We have located a designated smoking area (smoking room) in the elevator hall on the 6th floor.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers who smoke, and ask for your understanding and cooperation in smoking only in the designated areas.

Kikusuitei is committed to improving the level of service we provide for the satisfaction of our guests.
