Start your day with a traditional Japanese set meal featuring fresh, seasonal vegetables from the local area.
We recommend enjoying dashi-chazuke while taking in the views of Lake Tama, which change with the weather. Dashi-chazuke is a dish that can be enjoyed as-is for a light flavor, or customized to your liking. It’s a favorite not only among rice lovers but also those who typically prefer bread.
