A red-crowned crane soaring in a silvery white world

From mid-November to mid-March every year, red-crowned cranes fly to Tsurui Village in the Kushiro Regional Promotion Bureau in search of food.

During the snow season, the largest number of red-crowned cranes gather in Tsurui Village, and at times, as many as 200 cranes can be seen in their graceful and mysterious appearance.

Please enjoy not only the red-crowned cranes but also the vast nature, spectacular scenery, and winter charm of East Hokkaido.
