Plan Details

Champagne (half-bottle) and whole cake (strawberry shortcake, 10cm) delivered through room service.
・Please specify your desired time when making a reservation.
・Room service is available until 9:00 p.m. (Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requested times.)
・We are unable to offer champagne to guests below the age of 20. Soft drinks can instead be offered to all members of the party. Please inform the hotel when making the reservation.

About using ”THERMAL SPA S.WAVE” 4F SPA Floor

The plan includes the use of the Onsen Floor (3F). Use of the Spa Floor (4F) entails a separate fee.

Guests requesting option when making one-night reservation: ¥1,600 for one night
Customers requesting option on the day of the stay: ¥2,000 for one night(Available from check-in to check-out.)

■About using THERMAL SPA S.WAVE

• Entry to the THERMAL SPA S.WAVE hot spring and spa facility is prohibited for individuals with connections to organized crime or who have tattoos.
• Children under 12 may only use the 3F ONSEN Floor (Free). The 4F SPA Floor is not available for their use.
• Swimwear must be worn on the 4F SPA Floor.
• Guests wearing diapers are not permitted in the hot springs.

*Please note that hotel restaurants may be fully booked, so early reservations are recommended.
*The entire hotel is non-smoking. If you smoke, you will be charged for the actual cost of cleaning bedding, curtains, wallpaper, etc., in addition to compensation for lost business opportunities.
