Club Lounge

Club Lounge offers exclusive experience and lounge facilities. Enjoy an extraordinary time at the club lounge overlooking Osaka from the top floor of the hotel.

Currently Club Lounge operates as below.

• The Lounge on the 28th floor will open from 10:30 –21:00 daily.
• Tea, coffee, water and juice will be available on a self-serve basis.

Check-in/Check-out

For check-in between 3:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., please proceed to the Club Lounge on the 28th Floor.
Check-in after 5:00 P.M. and all check-outs will be handled at the Front Desk on the 1st floor.

Breakfast Experience

• Served in The Cafe on lobby level from 7:00A.M. – 10:30A.M.

Afternoon Refreshment

• Served in the Club Lounge on level 28 from 12:00NOON – 5:00P.M.

Evening Cocktail Experience

• Served in the Club Lounge on level 28 from 5:30P.M. – 7:30P.M.
  * To avoid congestion your stay for the cocktail service will be limited to one hour per table from 8/9 to 8/17.

Nightcap

• Served in the Club Lounge on level 28 from 7:30P.M. – 8:30P.M.

For your comfortable evening cocktail experience, we might have two seating’s if high occupancy is expected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Eligible Guests

• Guests staying in rooms with club lounge access
• Guests eligible for other stay package, etc.
• Prince Status Service  Diamond Member

*Diamond members and their guests staying in the same room are eligible.

*There is no charge for club lounge use for children sharing the same bed.

*Club lounge access includes breakfast.

As of November 1, 2023, we will introduce the following usage regulations.

*Club lounge usage fees for accompanying guests will be charged as follows.

• Children over 6 years old: ¥3,107 per person per night (tax and service charge included)
• Guests over 13 years old: ¥6,215 per person per night (tax and service charge included)

*Children under the age of 13 are permitted to use the facility until 5:30 P.M. if accompanied by a parent or adult.

*Available from check-in to check-out.

*Please refrain from bringing in food and drinks.

*Dress code will be smart casual.
Tank-tops, short-pants, sandals, slippers, etc. are not permitted.

*Regarding food allergy accommodations at our restaurants and banquet facilities, we are only able to address the following eight allergens: shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, dairy, and peanuts.
Guests who wish for accommodations regarding any of these eight allergens are asked to make a request in advance.
To give top priority to the safety of our guests, we regret we are unable to make accommodations regarding ingredients other than the eight allergens.
