[Important] Notice Regarding Shuttle Bus Service Changes from August 2026

Effective Saturday, August 1, 2026, there will be significant changes to the operation of shuttle bus services connecting our hotel with various destinations. In addition, an advance reservation system will be introduced for all routes except the Cosmosquare Station Shuttle.

Guests are kindly requested to check the latest schedules and boarding locations before using the shuttle service.

JR Shin-Osaka Station Shuttle: Daily Service

A joint shuttle service operated by three hotels will begin. As a result, the shuttle will stop at hotels other than ours for passenger pick-up and drop-off.

JR Osaka Station (Umeda) Shuttle: Weekends and Public Holidays Only

The timetable will be revised. The temporary stop in front of Tempozan Marketplace will be discontinued.

Cosmosquare Station Shuttle: Weekdays Only

Service will begin on weekdays only. Boarding is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Universal Studios Japan Shuttle: Daily Service

The timetable will be revised.
