Shuttle Bus Information

From services operating on August 1, 2026, the shuttle bus will be changed to an advance online reservation system (excluding the Cosmosquare Station Line) and will operate on the following routes.

Before using the service, please be sure to read the “Important Notes for Use” section at the bottom of this page.

Travel Time: Approx. 80 minutes from JR Shin-Osaka Station / Approx. 70 minutes from the hotel

This is a joint shuttle service operated by:

Therefore, the shuttle will also stop at hotels other than our hotel.
Please note that the shuttle vehicle may differ in design from the bus shown in the photographs.

All shuttle buses depart from and arrive at the hotel’s main entrance.

Travel times are estimates under normal traffic conditions and may vary depending on traffic.

Important Information for Shuttle Bus Users

1. To manage shuttle bus seating capacity, reservations are required for infants as well. However, for safety reasons, infants must not be laid on bus seats while the vehicle is in motion. Infants should be securely held by a parent or guardian using a baby carrier or similar device. Parents or guardians must wear their own seat belts and are responsible for the safety of their child during the journey.
2. Due to the structure of the bus, strollers and child safety seats cannot be brought onboard.
3. Under Japanese traffic regulations, the child safety seat requirement for children under six years of age does not apply to route buses and charter buses.
4. Children should remain seated during the journey and wear seat belts whenever possible. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children.
5. Services may be suspended, delayed, or subject to changes in routes, schedules, or vehicles due to traffic conditions, road restrictions, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.
6. Please note that the hotel cannot accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service delays or disruptions.

Shuttle Bus Reservations

1. Please check seat availability through the Shuttle Bus Online Reservation System.
2. We recommend making reservations by the day before your intended travel date.
3. Reservations can be made up to one month in advance. Please note that the reservation opening date may change without prior notice.
4. Guests with reservations will be given boarding priority.
5. Guests without reservations may board only if seats are available.
6. Boarding cannot be guaranteed when the shuttle is fully booked.
   
   

Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay is an Associate Hotel of Universal Studios Japan.
Guests can enjoy a free shuttle bus service between the hotel and the park, and Studio Passes are also available for purchase within the hotel.
