Required Documents for Pool Use
When using the pool, please read the Agreement on the Use of Outdoor and Indoor Pools in advance, sign, and submit it to the pool reception desk. The form can also be completed at the pool reception, however, to ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly ask for your cooperation in preparing it in advance.
*If you would like to use the swimming pools before check-in, please go to the front desk to issue your proof of stay.

| Please read the following rules for safety. – Please bring your swimsuit and flip flops to the pool. – Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian. They may enter the poolside if accompanied by a parent or guardian. – Depending on crowd conditions, you may be asked to wait before entering. – The use of the pool outside your stay dates cannot be accommodated. – Business operations may be changed or suspended without notice due to weather or other circumstances. – Guests who engage in violent behavior or actions that disturb others will be asked to leave. – Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility. -Deck chairs are available in limited numbers. Reservations are not accepted. (Use is free of charge.) -For safety reasons, please remove watches, necklaces, earrings, and other accessories or valuables before swimming. -For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed in the pool: - Swim rings larger than 90 cm in diameter, beach mats, large inflatable items shaped like dolphins or monsters, beach balls, water guns, flammable items, hazardous items, alcohol, glass items, parasols, tents, snorkels, fins, underwater masks, etc. – Using and wearing audio devices are not permitted. -Bringing food or alcoholic beverages to the poolside is not allowed. -Regardless of age, entry is not permitted for individuals affiliated with organized crime groups or those with tattoos. Regardless of size or fashion purpose, tattoos—including stickers or body paint—are not allowed. – Guests wearing overly revealing swimwear may be asked to refrain from using the pool. -In accordance with public health authority guidance, entry will be denied in the following cases: 1. Guests who have fungal infections, pyogenic infection, skin diseases, or other contagious illnesses 2. Guests who have fever, conjunctivitis, or laryngitis 3. Guests who are wearing bandages -Guests who are unwell, experiencing diarrhea or vomiting, or who are heavily intoxicated are not permitted to use the pool. -Please store valuables in the safety box in your guest room. -Taking photos or videos of other guests without permission is prohibited. When using smartphones or other devices, please be considerate of other guests. -For safety reasons, please follow all instructions given by staff while in the pool. First aid will be provided for injuries occurring in the pool, but the hotel cannot accept further responsibility. -Please prepare yourself by doing warm-up exercises before entering the pool. To help us maintain water quality and hygiene, please shower before entering the pool. -The hotel is not responsible for any conflicts between guests. -For matters not covered above, please follow staff instructions. Guests who do not follow their instructions may be asked to leave, and admission fees or tickets will not be refunded. |
