How to use the on-property credit

• The on-property credit can be used in increments of ¥1,000. Please note that no change will be given.

  *The validity period is from after check-in is completed until the day of check-out.
  *Amounts used from the on-property credit are not eligible for SEIBU Smile POINT accrual.
  *Guests who would like to use the on-property credit at Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa or T・JOY PRINCE Shinagawa, the on-property credit can be used only when they purchase the tickets at the ticket counter.
  *The on-property credit cannot be used for accommodation charges, room upgrades, or late check-out.
