• Requests regarding room view, floor location, smoking/non-smoking preference, or room type cannot be accommodated. If you have specific room preferences, please book an alternative plan.
• For reservations of two or more rooms, we are unable to guarantee placement on the same floor, adjacent rooms, or the same room type. We also cannot accommodate any room arrangement requests.
