Room Guide

  • The room’s door locks automatically, so be sure to take your key with you when you leave.
  • Please be sure to read the accommodation terms and conditions, the hotel’s terms of service, and other important documents in your room.
  • Please confirm the location of the nearest emergency exit on the map in your room.
  • Please be sure to lock any valuables in your room’s safe or in a safe deposit box at the front desk (free of charge). We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items other than those stored at the front desk. Also, use of the in-room safe is the guest’s responsibility.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you wish to stay later than that, please inform the front desk in advance.

About an ‘Amenity Bar’

Some disposable amenities are available in the form of an amenity bar where you can pick up as much as you need.

Room Cleaning During Multiple-night Stays

The room cleaning service enters guest rooms to clean between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

■If You Have a Preferred Cleaning Time
Please make a request by calling [Prince One (#9)] from your room telephone.
*Please note in advance that we may be unable to fulfill your request, depending on the situation.

■ If You Do Not Require Cleaning
You can either call [Prince One (#9)] from your room telephone to tell us you do not require cleaning, or you can hang the “DON’T DISTURB” sign (inside the room) on the doorknob.
*If you are staying for three nights or more, we clean at least once every three days from the perspective of hygiene and quality maintenance.
*If you wish to get additional amenities, please call [Prince One (#9)].

■ For Guests Staying 2 Nights or More
The Prince Park Tower Tokyo promotes a sustainable and earth-friendly travel experience. If you do not wish for room cleaning or replacement of makeup, linens, towels, and other amenities, we will use your kindness as a donation for environmental conservation activities.

Set up a call: (press) 70 + time (4 digits)
*if the time is a single digit, press “0” first.
*Repeat the same steps if you are changing the time.
Cancel: press 71 to cancel.

■ Room-to-room Calls
8 + Room Number (4 digits)

■ Local and Long-Distance Calls
Press the External Line button + 186 + the recipient’s number.
*Not dialing “186” makes it an anonymous call.

■ International Calls
Press the International Call button + Country Code + the recipient’s phone number

<Notes>Please note that for local, long-distance, and international calls, a facility service charge (30%) will be charged in addition to the call charges. Please pay the fees at the front desk.
