The famous song “A Thousand Winds ” was composed by the composer Mitsuru Arai at his villa in Onuma, and the monument was built on Nishi-Oshima Island in Onuma Park Square. The monument is made of natural stones, with total size 3m in diameter and 30cm in height, and is shaped of the bowl turned upside down. The monument is integrated with the earth and you can step on it or lie on it, and the design is friendly to the landscape.
