Location

Hakone Shrine

Originally built by Priest Mangan in the year 757 toward the end of the Nara Period (710 – 794) and located at the foot of Mt. Komagatake, this shrine has been patronized by generations of military commanders as a general shrine of the Kanto area.

  • Get off the bus at the Izu-Hakone Bus, Moto-Hakone bus stop. 10 minutes on foot.
