In the autumn, the outdoor bath commands a view of “Mount Momiji,” with the beautiful vivid red leaves of its maple trees.
The building is fully equipped with a relaxation space, a lounge, terrace and fitness room.

About Luggage
Delivery services may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
We cannot accept cash, valuables, laptops, cameras or other precision equipment, ceramics, fragile items, animals, hazardous materials, perishable or easily deteriorated items, or any items deemed unsuitable by the hotel.
The hotel is not responsible for damage, loss, or missing contents caused by reasons other than the hotel’s negligence, or if the luggage claim tag is lost.
Luggage cannot be picked up outside operating hours.
If luggage is not collected after the designated time, it may be disposed of by the hotel.

Acupuncture and moxibustion therapists, anma, massage, shiatsu, judo therapists, physical therapists, and other nationally licensed medical professionals will provide treatment in Karuizawa for a limited time.
