2026–2027 Winter Accommodation Plan Web Reservation Sales Now Open

We will begin online reservations for the 2026–2027 winter season from the following date and time.

Prince Basic, Consecutive Night Plan, Advance Payment Plan (Non-cancellable / Non-changeable)

The cancellation policy for Prince Basic and Consecutive Night Plan is as follows:

7–3 days prior: 80%
2 days prior – same day / no-show: 100%

■ Year-End and New Year Sales
Applicable period: Dec 29, 2026 – Jan 2, 2027
Reservations are accepted only via dedicated plans (Web only).
(Web reservations only after July 1 as well)

*Please make sure to check the payment method and cancellation policy before booking.
*Standard plans may be released depending on the situation.

■ February Sales
Sales for Feb 5 – Feb 27 will begin once preparations are complete.
*Plans will be announced once finalized.

■ Reservation Method
From April 21, 2026 (Tue.) 12:00 NOON: Web reservations only
From July 1, 2026 (Wed.) 12:00 NOON: Phone reservations available (excluding year-end and specific dates)

Lift ticket-inclusive plans and options are currently undecided.
Details will be announced on the website once confirmed.

For advance payment plans (non-cancellable / non-changeable), please make sure to read the plan details and notes before booking.
No changes are allowed after booking, and cancellations will not be accepted once the specified period begins.
The hotel will not be able to handle any changes or cancellations.

Prince Basic / Consecutive Night Plan

Stay period: Dec 11, 2026 – Apr 3, 2027
Exclusion dates: Dec 29, 2026 – Jan 2, 2027, Feb 5 – Feb 27
*May be sold depending on reservation status.

During the winter season, the cancellation policy differs from the standard one.
