Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens

The zoo is home to approximately 450 species of animals, including Asian elephants, koalas, red pandas, and western lowland gorillas.

The botanical garden displays approximately 7,000 species of plants in a natural terrain, allowing visitors to enjoy the scenery of each season, such as cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in fall.
