Notice of Scheduled Late-Night Power Outage (To Guests Staying on December 14, 2025 and January 20, 2026)

Please note that a scheduled power outage will take place as outlined below due to the legally required annual inspection of our electrical facilities. During this time, electrical facilities throughout the hotel will be unavailable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

Monday, December 15, 2025, from 1:00 A.M. to 6:30 A.M. (affecting guests staying on Sunday, December 14, 2025)

Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 1:00 A.M. to 6:30 A.M. (affecting guests staying on Tuesday, January 20, 2026)

The following areas will be affected by the outage:

  • Main In-Room Facilities

Lighting, water supply, hot water, air conditioning, internet connection (wired & Wi-Fi), in-room telephone, and electrical outlets (television, refrigerator, air humidifier, electric kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, etc.)

  • Guestroom Toilets

Unavailable from 1:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M. Please use the restrooms located on the 31st floor lobby.

  • Main Public Facilities

Smoking room, fitness room, business center, ice machines, vending machines, and currency exchange machine

  • Parking Lot

Entry and exit will only be available through the hotel’s main entrance (North side.)

  • Elevators

Only one elevator will be in operation for both the B1F–31F (entrance to lobby) and the 31F–36F (guest floors.) Please note that all elevators will be out of service between 1:00 A.M. and 1:30 A.M.

  • Mobile Phones

Signal reception may be affected during the outage.

  • Restaurant: Sky Dining TENKU

Breakfast service will begin at 8:00 A.M.
