Hida beef” is one of Japan’s five major Wagyu beef. This plan includes a shabu-shabu dinner course featuring the highest quality Wagyu beef with sweet meat and melt-in-your-mouth texture, Mikawa pork, which represents the Mikawa region of Aichi Prefecture, and tsukune, a dish containing Nagoya Cochin.
The next morning, you can also enjoy a breakfast of Nagoya-meshi.
