Shigitatsu-an

Shigitatsu-an is considered one of the three major haikai dojo (poetry training halls) in Japan,
alongside Rakushi-sha in Kyoto and Mumei-an in Shiga.
Its history began in 1664,
when Sosetsu of Odawara built a thatched hut here and enshrined stone images of the five wisdom buddhas.
