* Breakfast and spa are charged separately for guests 12 years old and over. You can purchase the option in advance or apply on the day.
* On the day of your stay, you will receive a “Kids Free Ticket” upon check-in. Please be sure to bring the ticket with you when using the spa and breakfast.

About “THERMAL SPA S.WAVE”

This plan allows guests aged 12 and over to use only the 3F spa floor; a separate fee will be charged if they wish to use the 4F spa floor.

* Children cannot use spa or restaurant alone. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
* The Spa floor on the 4th floor is a swimwear area. Please bring your own swimsuit or purchase one at the reception desk.
* For extended use before check-in or after check-out, an additional fee of ￥1,000 will be charged.
* Tattooed persons are not allowed to enter “THERMAL SPA S.WAVE”.
* Diaper-wearing guests are not allowed to use the spa and hot springs.
