Our pool, featuring a design inspired by the shape of Lake Biwa, stretches 90 meters in length and 23 meters at its widest.
There’s also a shallow 30 cm children’s pool.

- Operating period: July 18 (Sat) – September 23, 2026 (Wed)
- Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM *From August 1st (Sat) to 16th (Sun), opening hours will be 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., and on August 6th (Thu), opening hours will be 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. *In September, we will be open from the 4th (Fri) to the 6th (Sun), the 11th (Fri) to the 13th (Sun), and the 18th (Fri) to the 23rd (Wed).
- Fees (exclusive to overnight guests):
Adults: ¥3,000, Children (ages 4–12): ¥1,500

【Other information】
The pool is operational only during the summer. Use of the pool is reserved exclusively for overnight guests.
[ Pool use guidelines ]
- Pool access is available exclusively to staying guests.
- Entry may be limited during peak times to prevent overcrowding.
- Operating hours are generally 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
- Guests may access the pool from the opening time on the day of check-in.
- On the day of check-out, pool access is available until the check-out time.
- If you wish to use the pool before check-in, please complete the admission procedure at the pool reception desk.
- Please store valuables in the safe provided in your room or next to the pool reception desk.
- Please cover swimsuits with a T-shirt or similar clothing and wear beach sandals when moving between the room and the pool.
- Make sure to dry off completely before leaving the pool area.
- Place used towels in the collection racks at the pool entrance.

| *At the Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel swimming pool, access is denied to individuals affiliated with criminal organizations or those with visible tattoos or body art. *Eating at the poolside is strictly prohibited. *Operating hours are subject to change based on weather and operational conditions. *Large swim accessories may be restricted during busy periods. *Re-entry on the same day is permitted. Please notify pool reception. *Dining in restaurants while in swimwear is not allowed. |
