Thank you for your continued patronage of The Prince Park Tower Tokyo. As part of the hotel’s 20th anniversary project, we are planning to renovate the BRISE VERTE Restaurant.
・Scheduled closing date: May 25, 2025(Sunday)
・Scheduled opening date: October 3, 2025 (Friday)
Restaurant Brise Verte will be reborn as a four-room-only private dining restaurant. The restaurant will provide a luxurious period of time created by the harmony of splendid cuisine and sommelier-selected wine. The restaurant is also recommended for anniversaries and celebrations.
Let our experienced chefs treat you to original cuisine created with care using the best regional ingredients in season. Dine on the 33rd floor at the top of the hotel while enjoying the stunning scenery and ambiance of the restaurant’s skylights.
