A free shuttle bus operates from Odawara, the entryway to Hakone.

Safe and Easy Hokone Road!
A free shuttle bus is exclusively for guests staying at The Prince Hakone Lake Ashinoko,and Ryuguden (Annex Building).

※Notice of Shuttle Bus Departure Time Change (Effective September 1) Please note that, starting September 1st, 2025, the departure times of the “Free Shuttle Bus for Hotel Guests Only” between The Prince Hakone Ashinoko and Odawara Station West Exit will be changed.

Effective Date: From Monday, September 1, 2025
Revised Services:

• Hotel departure: 3rd service
• Odawara Station West Exit departure: 3rd service

Notes

• Reservations are required for the free shuttle bus. Reservations close when capacity is reached.
• Web Reservations can be made from 6 months in advance until noon of 2 days before your arrival date. (after the above period and up to the day of your stay, please contact the hotel reservation staff)
• Reservations can be made up to 4 persons per reservation.
• Please register the name of the representative person who made the reservation.
• Please register your telephone number with a number that you can be reached on the day (cell phone number, etc.).
• If you do not show up on time even if you have a reservation, the bus will depart as soon as it arrives on time. We kindly ask for your understanding.
• Free shuttle bus do not offer service to deliver your luggage, owners must accompany their baggage on the shuttle bus (we suggest you to use Carry Service at Hakone-Yumoto station, if you would like to send your luggage to hotel first.).

• From 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., our free circulation bus runs every hour.
  Get off the circulation bus at Ryuguden Main Building and walk about 1 minutes.
