Matsu Course
In this season of fresh greenery, we’ve prepared dishes that are as vibrant to the eye as they are to the palate. Tender, well-marbled sea bass, grilled with sake to enhance its rich flavor, is served with Amagi wasabi oil from Izu. For the rice course, enjoy octopus cooked with mixed seasoned rice. This dish is seasoned simply to highlight the natural quality of the ingredients. For dessert, savor a sweet treat alongside the deep umami of Tenku no Matcha®, cultivated in the mountain regions of Shizuoka Prefecture.
