Matsu Course
In the height of summer, we have prepared a refreshing seasonal menu.
Ayu (sweetfish) from the Kano River is grilled with fragrant salt and served with a refreshing touch of tadesu vinegar and sudachi citrus.
Enjoy the rich flavor of spiny lobster simmered in a delicate broth (gusoku-ni), and a chilled small dish featuring seasonal vegetables, artfully presented to evoke a sense of coolness.
For the rice course, we offer sweet and tender corn rice.
To conclude, savor the full-bodied umami of “Tenku no Matcha®” alongside a seasonal sweet.
