Benoit is a long-established bistro that has been in business for more than 100 years since it opened in Paris in 1912.

In Japan, the restaurant opened in Kyoto, following Tokyo, in a separate building on the premises of The Hotel Seiryu Kyoto Kiyomizu. The menu offers a modern sublimation of traditional French bistro cuisine with seasonal flavors.
