Our No Cleaning Eco Plan for 3 nights or more is perfect for guests who want to Save & Stay Sustainable in Tokyo. By skipping daily room cleaning,
you help reduce water and energy usage, making your trip more eco-conscious.
Towel changes and trash collection can be arranged upon request, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.
This plan does not include room and bathroom cleaning, bed making, or additional amenities, but offers a discount for stays of 3 consecutive nights or more!
Rate Includes:
- The accommodation fees include service charges and taxes. (Accommodation taxes are not included)
- All rooms equipped with free internet (wired LAN/wireless LAN)
- You have until 6 days before your arrival date to cancel free of charge
* Please be sure to take note of that before booking *
- A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 5 days or less before the first night of your stay.
( Cancellation Fee: 100% of the room charges ) - This plan is limited to 3 consecutive nights or more, and cannot be used for stays of 2 consecutive nights or less.
- Please note that no refunds will be made for any changes to your stay after the start of your stay.
- Your guest room and bathroom will not be cleaned, nor will your bed be made during your stay.
Please ask the housekeeper if you would like to exchange any of your towels, have the garbage collected, etc. - For stays of 4 consecutive nights or more, rooms will be cleaned on the 4th day, and every 3 days after the 4th day.

- For members: Check-in 2:00P.M. / Check-out 11:00A.M.
- For non-members: Check-in 3:00P.M. / Check-out 11:00A.M.
Please note:
Check-in at the East Tower is ONLY available through the self-check-in machine (cashless payment). We appreciate your understanding in advance.
- The settlement on “self check-in / out machine” will be Cashless Payment Only.
- Credit card
- QR code payments (Alipay, PayPay, Merpay, WeChat Pay, auPAY, Rakuten Pay, d Payment)
- Transportation prepaid IC cards (Suica, PASMO, etc.)
About the self-service check-in and check-out kiosks:
This service is not available in any of the following cases.
- You prefer to settle your bill with a method other than the cashless methods listed above (such as by cash).
- You have coupons or vouchers from travel agencies.
- You’re staying for multiple nights under separate bookings.
- You’ve booked more than one room.
- The details you input on the machine don’t match those you provided at the time of booking.
– If you have baggage or messages, an error receipt will be output. Please contact the nearest staff member.
– Self check-in/out machines may not be available depending on the conditions of the day.
