About the self-service check-in and check-out kiosks:

This service is not available in any of the following cases.

1. When paying for accommodation in cash.
2. When the details entered into the machine and the details used to make the reservation do not match.
3. When more than one room has been is booked.
4. When multiple reservations are made for consecutive nights.
