This plan does not include room and bathroom cleaning, bed making, or additional amenities, but offers a discount for stays of 3 consecutive nights or more!

As part of an environmentally conscious effort, this plan does not clean rooms during your stay.

This helps ease the burden on the environment by cutting down on plastic garbage, reducing water pollutants from detergents, and more.

Rate Includes:

  • The accommodation fees include service charges and taxes. (Accommodation taxes are not included)
  • Check in time:3:00P.M. ,Check out time:11:00A.M.
  • All rooms equipped with free internet (wired LAN/wireless LAN)
  • You have until 6 days before your arrival date to cancel free of charge

* Please be sure to take note of that before booking *

  • A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 5 days or less before the first night of your stay.
    ( Cancellation Fee: 100% of the room charges )
  • This plan is limited to 3 consecutive nights or more, and cannot be used for stays of 2 consecutive nights or less.
  • Please note that no refunds will be made for any changes to your stay after the start of your stay.
  • Your guest room and bathroom will not be cleaned, nor will your bed be made during your stay.
    Please ask the housekeeper if you would like to exchange any of your towels, have the garbage collected, etc.
  • For stays of 4 consecutive nights or more, rooms will be cleaned on the 4th day, and every 3 days after the 4th day.
  • Photos are for example purposes only.

Check-in at the East Tower is ONLY available through the self-check-in machine (cashless payment). We appreciate your understanding in advance.

  • The settlement on “self check-in / out machine” will be Cashless Payment Only.

    • QR code payments  (Alipay, PayPay, Merpay, WeChat Pay, auPAY, Rakuten Pay, d Payment)

About the self-service check-in and check-out kiosks:

This service is not available in any of the following cases.

  1. You prefer to settle your bill with a method other than the cashless methods listed above (such as by cash).
  2. You have coupons or vouchers from travel agencies.
  3. You’re staying for multiple nights under separate bookings.
  4. You’ve booked more than one room.
  5. The details you input on the machine don’t match those you provided at the time of booking.

– If you have baggage or messages, an error receipt will be output. Please contact the nearest staff member.
– Self check-in/out machines may not be available depending on the conditions of the day.
