The theme of this special Golden Week dinner buffet is “SHIOMI Fish Market.” Enjoy an exciting live tuna-cutting performance, where chefs expertly prepare fresh fish right before your eyes. Centered around tuna sourced from a Toyosu Market wholesaler, a variety of seafood is served in diverse styles, including sashimi and lightly seared preparations.
In addition to seafood, the buffet offers a wide selection of dishes such as roast beef, roasted swordfish, and baked white fish in puff pastry. Guests can also create their own hand-rolled sushi with their favorite ingredients. The dessert lineup features more than 10 varieties of sweets.
A dedicated kids’ corner includes daily-changing favorites like hamburg steak and fried shrimp, as well as seasonal treats such as kashiwa mochi in celebration of Children’s Day. Enjoy this experience to the fullest with your family.

In line with the “Fish Market” theme, a dynamic live tuna-cutting performance show is held twice daily, where chefs cut tuna and other fresh seafood right before your eyes.
Centered on premium tuna carefully selected by Ishiji, an intermediary specializing in wild Pacific bluefin tuna from Toyosu Market, guests can enjoy a variety of seafood in diverse styles, including sashimi, marinated, and lightly seared preparations.
