From Monday, January 5 to Friday, March 13, enjoy our special “Strawberry and Chocolat Sweets Buffet” Perfect for the winter and holiday season, this colorful dessert selection has been crafted to delight both the eyes and the palate.
Centered around the new strawberry variety “Tochi-aika,” known for its outstanding sweetness, the lineup features a range of indulgent desserts. Indulge in a variety of sweets meticulously prepared not only for their exquisite flavors, but also for their beautiful presentation.
From Wednesday, February 11 (national holiday) to Saturday, February 14, as part of a special Valentine’s Day promotion, a limited-edition dessert will be offered at the performance corner.
This exclusive sweet was created by the hotel’s Chef Patissier Kei Saito, who won the Grand Prix in the Grand Gâteau category at the “2025 Japan Cake Show Tokyo,” one of the largest pastry competitions in Japan, held in October 2025.
The special dessert will be available one plate per person only.
