When Fine Cuisine Meets Japanese Sake: A Seasonal Culinary Journey
“Savor the Moment, Sense the Sake.” is a curated gastronomic dining experience created in collaboration with a sake brewer from a specific region of Japan. This exclusive event offers a rare opportunity to explore Japanese culture through sake, paired with thoughtfully crafted dishes designed to complement the unique character of each sake. Set within an elegant hotel setting and enriched by live commentary from a guest speaker directly involved in sake production, the experience goes beyond a traditional meal, offering both sensory pleasure and cultural insight.

Following the great success of the third edition of Savor the Moment, Sense the Sake, we are truly honored to announce that the fourth edition, featuring Tsunan Sake Brewery, will take place on March 13, 2026.
On the day of the event, the Head Chef of “Washoku Musashino” will present a selection of dishes and desserts crafted with seasonal ingredients, carefully bringing out the natural flavors and inherent qualities of each element. Paired with these spring-inspired creations, guests will be able to savor a diverse range of expressive Japanese sake produced by Tsunan Sake Brewery.
In addition, Mr. Kengo Suzuki, President and CEO of Tsunan Sake Brewery, will be invited as a special guest to share insights into the depth and complexity of Japanese sake, as well as the philosophy behind its production—offering a rare opportunity to hear directly from the brewer’s perspective.
