Characterised by a rich, fruit-forward flavour profile, the whisky is a delicate blend of diverse malts.
The result of a commitment to a clean & estery style from the very beginning, it showcases both bright, elegant malt expressions and fruit-driven malts, born from a refined and evolved method of mashing and fermentation.

Matured primarily in bourbon barrels, with additional influences from beer maturation casks and French oak wine barrels, the whisky envelops the senses with a rich bouquet of floral notes, fruitiness, and depth.

Master Blender Tanaka’s guiding principle was the concept of Terroir Through Time. The waters from Mount Fuji’s underground springs, refined over 50 years, alongside the unique air and climatic conditions, shape the whisky’s identity. This time-honed terroir is reflected in FUJI SINGLE BLENDED JAPANESE WHISKY, encapsulating the essence of the land at the foot of Mount Fuji.
