Our Omurice is a true delight, featuring butter-ketchup rice mixed with vegetable, mushroom, and paprika. It’s topped with two eggs, creating a perfectly soft and fluffy omelette with a gentle, sweet creaminess.

To elevate this Egg-cited dish, Chef Yoshimoto has crafted a rich demi-glace sauce. Its depth of sauce combined with the succulence of domestic beef, the natural sweetness of onions, and the tangy kick of tomato fondue come together to perfectly complement the fluffy omelette, making each bite moreish.
