Fluffy Egg Omurice

Our Omurice is a true delight, featuring butter-ketchup rice mixed with vegetable, mushroom, and paprika. It’s topped with two eggs, creating a perfectly soft and fluffy omelette with a gentle, sweet creaminess.

To elevate this Egg-cited dish, Chef has crafted a rich demi-glace sauce. Its depth of sauce combined with the succulence of domestic beef, the natural sweetness of onions, and the tangy kick of tomato fondue come together to perfectly complement the fluffy omelette, making each bite moreish.

Our lounge’s signature “Fluffy Omurice” is presented as a limited early-summer dish topped with seasonal lobster. A soft, half-runny omelet is paired generously with a rich Americane sauce accented with tomato. To finish, lobster sautéed in parsley butter and Kujo green onions are added as toppings. Enjoy the luxurious harmony created by the deep, concentrated umami of lobster combined with this indulgent omurice.
