1992: Joined Takanawa Prince Hotel.
2016: Chef Patissier at The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho. Conceived the “Gallery Afternoon Tea with Fluttering Butterflies” as part of the opening staff.
2019: Chef Patissier at Shinagawa Prince Hotel. Introduced a course-style dessert menu at DINING & BAR TABLE 9 TOKYO.
2022: Chef Patissier at Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa.Additional achievements include collaborations with Tsujiri, Fukujuen, WEDGWOOD, receiving high praise.
