For lunch, indulge in penne arrabbiata infused with the deep flavors of goya and miso and a spicy kick from tomato paste, grilled pork shoulder enhanced with the mellow sweetness of pineapple, and a creative twist on the Okinawan classic “Chikinaa Champuru (a stir-fry made with Okinawan mustard greens, tofu, and pork)” reimagined in a Thai gapao style.
Dinner features include fluffy and thick-battered Okinawan-style tempura and a fragrant smoked salmon dish marinated and flash-smoked to perfection.
All dishes are thoughtfully crafted by chefs from Okinawa who bring their local knowledge and passion to the table.
