FAQ10: Using the Pool

Q.01 Can I use the pool if I have tattoos (including sticker or painted tattoos)?

Guests with tattoos or body art, as well as members of organized crime groups, are not permitted to enter the pool area.
Regardless of the size or design, anyone found to have tattoos within the facility will be asked to leave in accordance with facility regulations.
This also applies to art makeup and similar markings such as tattoo stickers.
(These rules apply to all guests regardless of age.) No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Q.02 Is smoking allowed in the pool area?

Smoking is prohibited throughout the pool area. Please use the designated smoking area on the first floor.

Q.03 Can I bring my own food or drinks into the pool area?

Regarding food and drink areas:
Food and alcoholic beverages purchased within the Hotel (excluding bottles and glass containers) may be brought to the poolside area only.
However, food and drinks brought from outside the Hotel, as well as bottles or glass containers, are not permitted.
Regarding alcohol consumption:
Alcoholic beverages purchased within the Hotel (excluding bottles and glass containers) may be consumed, but swimming after drinking alcohol is not allowed.

Q.04 Are there any items that cannot be brought into the pool area?

The following are prohibited: bottles, glassware, hazardous items, glass swimming goggles, bodyboards, fins, snorkels, and large flotation devices or play equipment.

Q.05 Can I take photos or videos in the pool area?

Photography is allowed within the pool area. However, the use of cameras, mobile phones, or similar devices underwater is strictly prohibited. Taking photos of other guests without permission is also not allowed.

Q.06 Can small children enter or swim in the pool by themselves?

Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian both to enter and to swim in the pool.
In addition, children of elementary school age or younger are not permitted to use the 14F pool after 5:00 P.M.

Q.07 Do you have a nursing or baby care room for breastfeeding or diaper changing?

We do not have a nursing or baby care room.

Q.08 Can children wearing diapers use the pool?

At the Bade Pool and the Infinity Pool on the second floor, children may enter while wearing swim diapers.
However, children who are not yet toilet-trained are not permitted in the 14F Infinity Pool.

Q.09 Can I bring a stroller into the pool area?

Yes, strollers are allowed. However, for safety reasons, please refrain from using them near the pool.

Q.10 Can I wear glasses or sunglasses in the pool?

Yes, you may, as long as you use a safety strap to prevent them from falling off.

Q.11 Are there any restrictions on floatation devices?

Swim rings and arm floats are permitted.
However, please note that their use may be restricted in strong winds.
Floating mats, ride-on inflatables, beach balls, and similar toys are not allowed.

Q.12 Can I use suntan oil or sunscreen?

Yes, you may. Please rinse off any oils in the shower before entering the pool.

Q.13 Is there a place to store valuables?

Lockers are available in front of the 2F Fitness Gym. Please use these lockers. There are no lockers at the 14F pool, so please keep your valuables with you. Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables and cash. The Hotel cannot be held liable for loss or damage.

Q.14 Are there vending machines?

There are no vending machines inside the pool area.
Vending machines are available on the first floor and on floors 3 through 13.

Q.15 Is the pool open even when it rains?

The pool is outdoors and remains open in rainy weather. However, operations may be suspended during severe weather such as strong winds, thunderstorms, or typhoons.

Q.16 Do you sell alcoholic beverages at the pool?

Alcoholic beverages are not sold at the pool.

Q.17 How can I get to the nearest beach where swimming is allowed?

The nearest beach is Tropical Beach in Ginowan Seaside Park, about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel.

Q.18 How many pools are there?

There are three pools in total. One is exclusively for guests staying on the Club Floor.

Q.19 How should I go from my guest room to the pool area?

Please wear a cover-up over your swimsuit or the 2F spa area wear when moving to the pool area.
* When going to the 14F pool, please refrain from wearing the 2F spa area wear.

Q.20 Can non-staying guests use the pool, sauna, or large public bath?

No, these facilities are for the exclusive use of staying guests.

Q.21 Can I use the 2F spa area before check-in or after check-out?

The spa area is not available before check-in or after check-out. Shared facilities other than the restaurant are available only between check-in and check-out.

Q.22 Do you offer swimsuit rentals?

Swimsuits are not available for rent. They can be purchased at the 1F shop.

Q.23 Are towels available in the 2F pool area or spa area?

Towels are not provided there. Please bring the spa bag and towel set from your guest room. (Towels are provided at the 14F pool.)
