Q.01 From what age do children require payment? Is there a child rate?

Our standard plans do not include special pricing for children.
However, children under 6 years old (pre-school age) who share a bed with an adult can stay free of charge.
When making your reservation, please do not count children who will be co-sleeping as part of the total number of guests.
Children aged 6 and over may not share a bed.
Meals are charged separately for children aged 3 and above.
If a child under 6 years old requires their own bed, additional charges will apply.
Q.02 Do you have baby cribs?

Yes, but the number is limited.
(They are intended for infants under 1 year old who cannot yet stand while holding on to something.)

We’re sorry, but childcare services are not available. Thank you for your understanding.
Q.04 Do you offer amenities for children?

The following items are available for loan. Quantities are limited, so please request these items when booking your stay.
- Bed guard (may not be available depending on the room type)
- Waterproof mattress pad
- Infant bathtub
- Children’s amenity set (slippers, toothbrush, hand towel)
- Child toilet seat
- Baby bottle and sterilizer (Milton)
- Step stool
- Stroller
- Diaper disposal bin
- Children’s spa wear (sizes S and M)
Q.05 Can children share a bed with parents?

Only preschool-age children may share a bed. One child per bed is allowed, with a maximum of two children per room. (If your child will be sharing a bed, please inform us in advance and upon arrival.)
Q.06 We are traveling with an infant. Do you have baby cribs or strollers?

Baby cribs (for safety reasons, not available for children who can stand while holding on) and strollers are available free of charge, but quantities are limited. Please request them when making your reservation. (Strollers may be used inside the Hotel only.)
Q.07 Do you have a nursing room?

We do not have a nursing room.
Q.08 Can children use the pool by themselves?

We’re sorry, but unaccompanied children who are elementary school-age or younger are not permitted to use the pools on their own.
Please make sure they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Yes, we offer menu items suitable for children.
Q.10 Do you sell children’s products at the shop?

Diapers and swim diapers in M, L, and BIG sizes, powdered milk, and wet wipes are available for purchase.
