Q.02 Can I use the hotel parking lot if I am only dining at the restaurant?

Yes, restaurant guests may use the parking lot free of charge.
Starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026, parking will be subject to a fee. Please note that various discount services are available depending on how the facilities are used.
*Guests who make accommodation or restaurant reservations on or after Sunday, February 1, 2026, will be subject to the parking fee. For details on parking discount services, please inquire at the store or facility you use.
Q.03 Do you offer baby food?

Q.04 I have food allergies or dislikes. Can you accommodate that?

We can accommodate requests related to the eight specified allergenic ingredients only. Please inform our staff when making your reservation.
Q.05 I would like to take photos. Is that allowed?

Personal photography is permitted. Please be considerate of other guests by avoiding disruption or including them in your photos (portrait rights), and refrain from using flash or equipment such as tripods that may affect the restaurant atmosphere or service.
For photography intended for purposes other than personal use (e.g., corporate PR, promotional materials), please contact the Hotel’s PR department.
