Kawagoe City Industrial Tourism Center, Koedo Kurari

Koedo Kurari is a facility renovated from the former site of Kagamiyama Sake Brewery, which was founded in 1875, while retaining vestiges of the original building. It was established in October 2010 as a new attraction for visitors to enjoy the products of Kawagoe City, to promote exchange between residents and tourists, and to revitalize the local community. Having been renovated from a sake brewery built across the Meiji, Taisho, and Showa eras, this facility has been designated as a national tangible cultural property and features Souvenir Place (Meiji Gura), Restaurant Place (Taisho Gura), and Sake Tasting Place (Showa Gura) as well as Gathering Place (Exhibition Gura).
